Progeny of BLAME “Fired Up” at OBS

Only two 2-year-olds will be offered by BLAME at the upcoming OBS Spring Sale, both selling on Tuesday, June 9th, but both turned in red hot breezes at the under tack show this week.

HIP 80, a filly out of the Malibu Moon mare Luna Lover, went 10 flat for an 1/8 on the polytrack for consignor Gabriel Dixon, agent. She is one of the first foals out of Luna Lover, none of racing age, but her third dam is the influential Claiborne mare Preach, the dam of sire of sires Pulpit.

The co-fastest 1/4 time on day 1 of the breeze show was HIP 149, a colt out of the Speightstown mare Mommo. Consigned by Wavertree Stables (Ciaran Dunne), agent, you can find Grade 1 winners Siphonic and Laragh on his page, as well as millionaire and young sire Summer Front.

Both of these exciting 2-year-olds by BLAME will sell Tuesday, June 9th at OBS, which will offer the opportunity for online bidding as well. BLAME stands at Claiborne for $35,000 LFSN.
