3YO ALEATOR Rallies for Maiden Win at Carlisle

Making his second start of the year, ALEATOR put in a strong closing kick to win this one mile test on a firm turf course at Carlisle by a head. The 3-year-old son from the first crop of BLAME was restrained for the first six furlongs, then charged to the front inside the furlong marker and battled to the wire to get the win. Bred by Kirsten Rausing out of the Sadler’s Wells mare Alma Mater, ALEATOR placed on the soft turf at Chantilly going 1 1/8 miles in his second and last start of his 2-year-old campaign. He is trained by Sir Mark Prescott for owner Osborne House II.
