WAR FRONT’s Halladay romps to victory in the Fourstardave (G1)

Halladay, a four-year-old son of Claiborne’s super sire WAR FRONT picked up his first Grade 1 stakes victory in the Fourstardave H. (G1) at Saratoga over the weekend, which includes a fees-paid berth into the Breeders’ Cup Mile (G1) on November 7th at Keeneland.

Going one mile on the turf with Luis Saez in the irons, Halladay went wire to wire for trainer Todd Pletcher. The son of War Front held off a late rally from 2019 Fourstardave winner Got Stormy, crossing the wire in a final time of 1:33.32.
