KING SAMURAI WINS PRESQUE ISLE DOWNS ALLOWANCE

KING SAMURAI earned his second career victory in frontrunning style in the 4th race at Presque Isle Downs, a  five furlongs allowance over the Tapeta Footings surface.

The FIRST SAMURAI gelding dashed away from the outside post and cleared the field in short order. He put away his final challenger a quarter-mile from home and he drew away to win by five and one-half lengths.

KING SAMURAI races for Raymond Rech, Bill Meyers and Winning Stables, Inc. and he is trained by Gerald Bennet. He was bred in Florida by Marion G. Montanari and he is out of the Devil His Due mare, Hostility.
