JUSTIN PHILLIP PLACES IN FOREGO-G1

G1 SW JUSTIN PHILLIP has now won or placed in four graded stakes this year after placing in the seven-furlong, Grade 1 Forego S. on a sealed track at Saratoga. One race back, the son of FIRST SAMURAI ran a 109 Beyer in winning the Grade 1 Alfred G. Vanderbilt H. by two lengths. He has now won or placed in 11 graded stakes at five different tracks and has earnings of $1,168,437. Among his other graded victories was Belmont’s seven-furlong Woody Stephens S.-G2.
