A winner of her first five starts, including the Del Mar Debutante S.-G1 and Chandelier S.-G1,EXECUTIVEPRIVILEGE finished in the runner-up spot in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies-G1, just a length back. This 2-year-old filly by FIRST SAMURAI was trapped on the rail midway the final turn in this 1 1/16-mile event on the main track at Santa Anita, finally got an opening and closed through the stretch on the unpressured frontrunner to the wire. A $650,000 2YO sales topper, EXECUTIVEPRIVILEGE won her debut by 4 1/2 lengths and also took Del Mar’s Sorrento S.-G3 among her five wins. She now has amassed earnings of $900,000 for owners Karl Watson, Michael E. Pegram and Paul Weitman, and is trained by Bob Baffert.EXECUTIVEPRIVILEGE was bred in Kentucky by D. J. Stable, Kidder, J. Betz and Robenalt and is out of Refugee, a graded stakes-placed daughter of Unaccounted For.
