CLEARLY NOW JUST MISSES IN BAY SHORE-G3

Coming off 1 3/4-length win in the Swale S.-G3 at Gulfstream, CLEARLY NOW just got caught at the wire in the seven-furlong Bay Shores S.-G3 at Aqueduct. The 3-year-old colt from the first crop of HORSE GREELEY bobbled at the break, then moved up to dispute the hotly contested lead three wide. Still battling as he swung into the lane, CLEARLY NOW shook free to have a length advantage near the eighth pole but then just got headed at the wire. In his first start of the year, he placed in the Holy Bull S.-G3 behind Itsmyluckyday and Shanghai Bobby. In six career starts, CLEARLY NOW has won or placed in all his starts, including three wins and has earnings of nearly $265,000.
