On the first day of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale, a colt by ARCH was purchased for $425,000 by Shadwell Estate Company Ltd. Hip 163, an April 26th foal out of the A.P. Indy mare Checkered Flag was consigned by Bluewater Sales, agent. Also in the first session, a filly by ARCH sold for $310,000 to Crupi’s New Castle. Hip 185, an April 10th foal out of the Storm Cat mare Cool Storm was consigned to the sale by Lane’s End, agent.
