1st U.S. winner for Algorithms scores by over 10 lengths!

Recruiting Ready, the first U.S. winner by promising young sire Algorithms (Bernardini) romped home impressively in his debut at Pimlico. Never in doubt, the 2yo colt drew off easily, winning by 10 1/4 lengths. His dominant performance earned TDN Rising Star accolades.

Recruiting Ready is the second winner overall for Claiborne’s freshman sire, following Storm of Race, a winner in Russia earlier this month.

Algorithms, who stands for $5,000 at Claiborne Farm is represented by 3 runners thus far, 2 winners, and all in the money.

A stallion with a promising pedigree, Algorithms is full/half brother to 4 GSWs, incl. JUSTIN PHILLIP (G1), KEYED ENTRY (G2), GREENPOINTCRUSADER (G1), SUCCESSFUL MISSION (G3).

Undefeated in three starts, The Blood-Horse called Algorithms “a colt of classic potential after winning the Holy Bull Stakes (gr. III) by five lengths” over champion Hansen.
