MASTERY’S Negociadora L R became his newest winner this week when the filly won in Puerto Rico.
Racing over six furlongs at Camarero, she dueled for the lead throughout the backstretch before putting her rival way in the turn. She had a few lengths on the rest of the field rolling into the stretch before having to dig in again late to win by about half a length at the line.
Negociadora L R now has a record of three top three finishes from five starts for JL Stable PR and trainer Jorge Perez.
Bred by White Hall Lane in Kentucky, Negociadora L R is the first foal out of a winning full sister to the Grade 2 winner and Grade 1-placed Chocolate Martini and the stakes winning Nicky’s Brown Miss. The filly is also from the family of dual Grade 1 winner Ladies Din.
In all, Negociadora L R first four dams have produced 13 winners from 17 runners with her first two dams producing 100% winners each.
The filly’s dam Bleeding Heart had a BLAME colt in 2020 as well.
MASTERY is now the sire of eight winners from his first crop
