It’s an exciting time for ANNAPOLIS and George Adams thinks he has every chance to hit with his first yearlings this year, naming the WAR FRONT son his Prospect First Team horse on Paulick Report.
A Grade 1 winning stakes record setter, ANNAPOLIS was an outstanding racehorse with eight graded stakes placings and over $1.5 million in earnings. A Grade 2-winning 2-year-old, he beat his elders in the Coolmore Turf Mile S. (G1) at three before winning a stakes and placing in two graded stakes at four.
For Adams, not only was his racetrack success an indication he should throw talented runners, but his pedigree also helps his chances.
“By the best statistical sire of the moment in WAR FRONT, with a fabulous, dirt-centric female family that will play right into War Front’s versatility. Ms. Bass has supported him as well as anyone could’ve asked for, and I think he’s got a huge chance,” Adams explained.
