TWO SIX FIGURE YEARLINGS FOR FIRST SAMURAI AT KEENELAND JANUARY

FIRST SAMURAI had two yearlings consigned to the first day of the 2010 Keeneland January Horses of All Ages Sale and they both brought a six figure final price!

Hip 168 was a bay filly consigned by Three Chimneys Sales, Agent, who was purchased for $120,000 BG Stables. She is the third foal from the stakes winning, graded stakes-placed Grand Slam mare, Cool Spell.

Later in the session came Hip 213, a chestnut colt consigned by Bluewater Sales LLC, Agent VII, who was purchased for $100,000 by Boulder Equine. The first foal from the multiple stakes winning Distorted Humor mare Funny Annie.
