WINNERS SEVEN AND EIGHT FOR FIRST SAMURAI

OUR BRAVE WARRIOR and ISHIKAWA are the Seventh and Eighth winners for Freshman Sire FIRST SAMURAI.

OUR BRAVE WARRIOR took his field wire-to-wire to win the 2nd race at Belmont Park, a six furlong maiden special weight over the fast main track by nearly five lengths in his second career start.

Bred in Kentucky by Tracy Egan and Lansdon B. Robbins III, OUR BRAVE WARRIOR was produced by the Midway Circle mare, Midway Gal. He races for John Confort and Albert Weis.

ISHIKAWA also turned in a frontrunning performance to break his maiden going five furlongs by a length and one-half in the 3rd race at Philadelphia Park.

ISHIKAWA was also bred by Lansdon B. Robbins III in partnership with Hidden Brook, LLC and Jamie Corbett and he is out of the Mining mare, Gal of Mine. He races for and trained by Derek S. Ryan.
