TRAPPE SHOT Yearlings Continue to be in Strong Demand at Saratoga

At the two-night Fasig-Tipton New York-Bred Yearlings Sale, individuals by freshman sireTRAPPE SHOT remained a hot commodity in Saratoga averaging of $141,250. Two colts brought final bids of $160,000: hip 285, a February 23rd foal out of the Wild Again mare Dream Job, was purchased by Hartley/De Renzo Thoroughbreds out of the Bluewater Sales consignment; and hip 393, a March 15th foal out of the Successful Appeal mare Not a Peep, went to Capital Partners from the Denali Stud consignment. TRAPPE SHOT was also represented by a $140,000 colt, hip 290, a February 21st foal out of the Cure the Blues mare Electric Shock, was purchased by St. Elias, J.J. Crupi, agent, from the Rhapsody Farm/Hidden Lake Farm group; and a $105,000 filly, hip 515 out of Two Times Won, by Memo (CHI), went to Bradley Thoroughbreds LLC from Denali Stud, agent.
