DEMARCHELIER (GB) welcomed his first foal on Thursday when the well-bred Limbo Loose foaled a colt at Mt. Brilliant Farm in Kentucky.
The colt combines two top European families with his Fastnet Rock dam out of a full sister to Group 1 2,000 Guineas and Irish 2,000 Guineas winner Henrythenavigator and Grade 3 winner and dual classic-placed Queen Cleopatra.
The colt also hails from the family of European champion Magician, Group 1 winner Listen, and Group 1 Epsom Derby runner-up Cliffsofmoher.
Sire-of-sires Dubawi’s only son standing in Kentucky, Grade 3 winner DEMARCHELIER (GB) is a grandson of the great Jude. His dam Loveisallyouneed is a full sister to Group 1 Irish 1,000 Guineas winner Yesterday and the Group 1 winner and multiple classic-placed Quarter Moon.
