3YO Chide Proves Best in Churchill Allowance

CHIDE, a 3-year-old daughter of BLAME, won a 1 1/16-mile allowance race on the dirt at Churchill Downs.  Ridden by Shaun Bridgmohan and trained by Albert M. Stall, Jr., CHIDE went off the favorite in the field nine.  She stalked the pace early, began her move on the far turn, then put a head in front in the stretch before digging in to win by three-quarters of a length.

Among the first crop of runners by Eclipse Award winner BLAME, CHIDE was bred in Kentucky by Claiborne Farm and Adele Dilschneider.  She is out of multiple Graded stakes winner YELL, who was also bred and raced by Claiborne and Dilschneider. YELL won the  Davona Dale S.-G2 and Raven Run S.-G3 and placed in five other stakes, including the Mother Goose S.-G1 and Kentucky Oaks-G1.

CHIDE now has two wins and a second from three starts.
