$500,000 Filly at Keeneland September Sale

A filly by FLATTER brought a final bid of $500,000 out of Book 2 at the Keeneland September Yearling Sales. Hip 1515, the second highest priced horse of the session and purchased by Green Lantern Stable is out of the Fit to Fight mare, Fight to Love, also the dam of G1 SW Capo Bastone. The filly was bred by Hargus & Sandra Sexton, Tom Bozarth and Silver Fern Farm and consigned to the sale by Warrendale Sales, agent for Hargus & Sandra Sexton, Steven & Brandi Nicholson and Tom Bozarth. Other high priced yearlings by FLATTER at the sale include a $350,000 colt purchased by Mayberry Farm, a $265,000 filly purchased by Dale Romans, agent, and a $250,000 colt purchased by Ben Glass, agent.
