3YO CHIDE Strides to Victory in MSW Debut at Oaklawn Park

Making her career debut in a six-furlong Maiden Special Weight at Oaklawn Park, CHIDE made a strong move through the stretch to earn the win by 1 1/4 lengths. The 3-year-old filly from the first crop of Champion BLAME was always up close to the leaders in this 12-horse field. As the came out of the turn, the Al Stall-trained CHIDE, who was stuck behind the leaders, swung out four wide and rallied through the lane to win going away. The Claiborne Farm and Adele Dilschneider homebred is out of the multiple GSW A.P. Indy mare Yell, a stakes producer and half-sister to GSW Roar and to Praise, dam of Claiborne stallion FLATTER and GSW Congrats.
