2YO PRECIOUS AUDREY Draws Off by 8 1/4 in Gulfstream Maiden Debut

After a :48 flat four-furlong work from the gate five days ago, PRECIOUS AUDREY made an impressive debut drawing off through the stretch for an 8 1/4-length Maiden score. Racing 5 1/2 furlongs on Gulfstream Park West’s main track, the 2-year-old filly from the first crop of TRAPPE SHOT raced off the early lead, took control before they reached the top of the stretch, and then ran away from her nine rivals. She is the seventh first crop winner for her sire. PRECIOUS AUDREY is a homebred for Mr. and Mrs. John Liviakis and is out of the Smart Strike mare Striking Flight.
