A pair of Trappe Shot progeny also clocked impressive times.
Hip No. 163, a chestnut colt by Trappe Shot out of Orient Shopper (Orientate), is a half-sister to graded stakes winner, Put It Back. He sped a quarter in :20 4/5.
Hip No. 64, a filly by Trappe Shot out of Krista, (Jump Start), shared honors for the session’s fastest eighth, stopping the timer in :9 4/5.
