At the one day Fasig-Tipton Florida Select Sale of 2-Year-Olds in Training, individuals by freshman sire TRAPPE SHOT were well received going for $150,000 and $100,000. The two offered and two sold were hip 148, a March 5th colt out of the Hennessy mare Cocktail Cruise was purchased for $150,000 by Off the Hook, agent. And purchased by Dogwood Stable for $100,000 was hip 36, a March 1st filly out of the Tiznow mare Lady’s Moment. At this year’s 2YOs in training sales, first-crop juveniles by TRAPPE SHOT have averaged an impressive $160,000.
