HORSE GREELEY 2YO IS SOVEREIGN AWARD FINALIST

GO GREELEY, from the second crop of HORSE GREELEY, is a Sovereign Award finalist for Champion 2-Year-Old Male of 2013. Last year, GO GREELEY won or placed in all six career starts, including four wins, and earned $375,603. He won three consecutive stakes: the $140,000 Colin S., the $150,000 Vandal S. and the $200,000 Simcoe S. He also placed in Woodbine’s 1 1/16-mile Grey S.-G3 and won his Maiden Special Weight debut in a strong hand ride by 3 3/4 lengths. The final time of :52 was just a second off the track record. Owned and trained by John A. Ross, GO GREELEY is out of the Smoke Glacken mare, Orchids Halo, and was bred by Shannon Farms.
