The beginning of 2022 ushers in a new milestone for CATHOLIC BOY and DEMARCHELIER (GB) when their first short yearlings are offered at Keeneland’s January Sale.
One of only three North American 3-year-old colts to win Grade 1s on both dirt and turf, CATHOLIC BOY has eight of his yearlings cataloged for the sale. That group follows a weanling sales season that saw his first weanlings average nearly four times his stud fee with his first in-foal mares selling for up to $950,000 in 2020.
