A $220,000 2-year-old, NORTHERN PASSION was a debut winner in early July before placing in the Ontario Debutante S. in August. She is the third graded stakes winner for sophomore sire FIRST SAMURAI, whose best runners include G2 winner JUSTIN PHILLIP. The filly was bred in Ontario by Mel P. Lawson.
