Born, bred, and raised by Claiborne Farm, Chart, a three-year-old daughter of LEA won her first graded stakes on August 29th at Woodbine.
Fresh off an allowance victory in early June, LEA’s Chart went one mile on the turf in the Ontario Colleen Stakes (G3) in a final time of 1:35.24 for trainer Mark Casse. Avie’s Samurai (First Samurai) was a close second, and Diamond Sparkles (War Front) took third.
Bred in Kentucky by Claiborne Farm and Adele B. Dilschneider, Chart is out of the War Front mare, Gauge. The filly was purchased by D.J. Stable LLC for $120,000 at the 2019 Ocala Spring Two-Year-Olds in Training sale.
