Spendthrift Farm announced today four-time champion mare Beholder gave birth to a healthy filly by Claiborne’s world-class sire War Front.
Beholder is the latest champion to bear an on offspring of Claiborne’s most sought-after stallion; last year, popular champion turf mare Lady Eli gave birth to a colt by War Front at Hill ‘n’ Dale Farm.
War Front stands at Claiborne Farm for $250,000.
