Ami’s Flatter wins G3 Commonwealth Stakes at Keeneland

Ami’s Flatter cruised to a decisive 2 3/4 length victory in the $250,000 G3 Commonwealth Stakes at Keeneland April 9. Trained by Josie Carroll, the Ivan Dalos homebred completed the distance in 1:21.66.

Last year, Ami’s Flatter was runner-up in the Tampa Bay Derby (G2) and ran third in the Florida Derby (G1). His victory in the Commonwealth Stakes pushed his career earnings to $417,834.

Flatter continues his climb among the ranks of North America’s leading sires. He now has 7 Graded Stakes Horses and 4 Grades Stakes winners, including Taris, Upstart, and Kobe’s Back, in addition to Ami’s Flatter.
