HIT IT A BOMB remains undefeated in two starts after an impressive 4 1/2-length win in the Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Star Appeal S. at Dundalk. The 2-year-old colt by WAR FRONT raced in third until nearing the quarter pole where he quickened to take the lead and drew clear going seven furlongs on the all-weather surface. The Mrs. E. M. Stockwell homebred is out of GSW Liscanna (IRE), by Sadler’s Wells. He is trained by Aidan O’Brien and was ridden in the Star Appeal by Joseph O’Brien.
