War Front 2yo Bolting Wins Debut at Chantilly

Bolting, a 2-year-old colt by War Front, became his sire’s second juvenile winner this season when he won a 5 1/2-furlong race at Chantilly. The favorite in the field, Bolting settled in third then went to the front with a furlong and won by a half length.

Bred in Kentucky by Flaxman Holdings and racing for Flaxman Stables, Bolting is trained by Jonathon Pease. He is out of the A.P. Indy mare Beta Leo, who is a daughter of Prix Marcel Boussac-G1 winner Denebola.
