JACK MILTON Rallies to Win Keeneland’s G1 Maker’s 46 Mile

JACK MILTON became WAR FRONT’s ninth Grade 1 Stakes winner with his 2 1/4-length triumph in the Maker’s 46 Mile S.-G1. The multiple Graded winner was content to race at the back for the first half mile. JACK MILTON began to make his move on the far turn, swung seven wide into the lane and charged past the leaders in the stretch for an impressive victory. Previous wins include Keeneland’s Transylvania S.-G3 in just his third career start and a 2 3/4-length win in Belmont’s Poker S.-G3. He also placed in the Secretariat S.-G1, Jamaica H.-G1, Fourstardave H.-G2 and Virginia Derby-G2. Now with career earnings of $751,161, JACK MILTON was bred by Cherry Valley Farm and raised at Claiborne Farm. Out of the Forty Niner mare Preserver, he races for Gary Barber and is trained by Todd Pletcher.
