WAR FRONT’s SOUPER COLOSSAL Remains Unbeaten After Sapling

Making only his third career start, SOUPER COLOSSAL went right to the front and never looked back in an easy 5 1/2-length win of the Sapling S. Breaking from the outside post in this two-turn mile at Monmouth Park, the 2-year-old colt by WAR FRONT broke on top to set the pace from the start. As they raced around the far turn, SOUPER COLOSSAL began to pull away from the field and continued to draw off to the wire. An impressive 3 3/4-length winner of the Tyro S. here on August 3rd, the $350,000 Saratoga Sales graduate also won his debut in a Maiden Special Weight at Monmouth on June 7th. Bred by Moyglare Stud out of the Kingmambo mare Soaring Emotions, the Eddie Plesa trainee races for Live Oak Plantation.
