At Europe’s premier yearling sale, the Tattersalls October Sale, a filly by WAR FRONT brought a final bid of 950,000gns from John Ferguson, on behalf of Sheikh Mohammed. Hip 331, a March 10th foal out of the Personal Ensign S.-G1 winner Icon Project, by Empire Maker, was bred by Andrew Rosen and consigned to the sale by Lord and Lady Lloyd-Webber’s Watership Down Stud, which is managed for them by Simon Marsh.
