3YO WAR DISPATCH Makes It Five for Six After Prix Policeman Win

After a runner-up finish in his debut last August, WAR DISPATCH has put together five consecutive victories, the latest coming in the Prix Policeman S. at Cagnes Sur Mer. The 3-year-old colt by WAR FRONT sat back in fourth early in this 1 1/4-mile event on the all-weather track. He began to pass rivals as they hit the top of the stretch and with a furlong to go assumed command and was ridden out for a two-length win. In his runner-up debut, the Joseph Allen homebred finished behind an eventual G1 SW. Trained by Jean-Claude Rouget, WAR DISPATCH is out of the Unbridled’s Song mare Photograph, who is a half-sister to WAR FRONT’s G2 UAE Derby winner LINES OF BATTLE.
