2YO GO GREELEY WINS MSW DEBUT AT WOODBINE

GO GREELEY, a 2-year-old colt from the second crop of HORSE GREELEY, drew off to win his first start at Woodbine. Racing 4 1/2 furlongs on the all-weather, GO GREELEY was shuffled back to last in the early going after breaking from post 4. Swinging four wide on the turn, the heavy favorite rallied in the stretch and flew past the leader to win in a strong hand ride by 3 3/4 lengths. The quick final time of :52 was just a second off the track record. Bred by Shannon Farms out of the Smoke Glacken mare, Orchids Halo, GO GREELEY races for owner/trainer John A. Ross.
